About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Prince George team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales development efforts, including opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales-related aspects for existing key clients and develop new opportunities and client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed quarterly and yearly win targets.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in Canada.
  • Experience in consulting engineering, preferably with EPCM or PM/CM services.
  • Formal sales training and excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
