Business Development Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Prince George team. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales development efforts, including opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client management. You will manage all sales-related aspects for existing key clients and develop new opportunities and client relationships with the goal of exceeding quarterly and yearly win targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales development efforts for the Prince George team
- Manage all sales-related aspects for existing key clients
- Develop new opportunities and client relationships
- Exceed quarterly and yearly win targets
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in Canada
- Experience in consulting engineering preferred
- Experience with EPCM, or PM/CM services is strongly preferred
- Formal sales training an asset
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients and internal stakeholders
