Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our field operations team and ensuring that our collision repair centers are operating at the highest level of efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the field operations team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and vendors.
- Manage and resolve conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role in the collision repair industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
