Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 14552458 Canada Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food in a fast-paced environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluency in English or French.
- Work Environment
