Marketing Manager

Are you a seasoned marketing professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at Unified Commerce Group (UCG). As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital and Chief Brand Officer to identify key marketing stories and develop content plans that resonate with our customers.
  • Own content creation, copywriting, and briefing for all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and brand elevation.
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including site content optimization, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Concept, create, and schedule social media content that drives business objectives and brand consistency.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Accountabilities:
  • Work closely with Product and Merchandising teams to understand seasonal product strategies, flow calendars, and design inspiration.
  • Collaborate with Digital channel owners to understand customer engagement and build knowledge of what drives engagement and conversion.
  • Support seasonal planning initiatives, including preparing monthly product launch briefs to inform creative and editorial outputs.
  • Understand marketing and communication needs across all channels, including Retail, Wholesale, and eCommerce, and set priorities for marketing implementation.
  • Lead omni-channel implementation for strategic marketing projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Approximately 5+ years of Marketing experience, with a focus on retail and/or footwear industry preferred.
  • Experience in strategizing, developing, and delivering marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of Shopify Plus, Figma, and Klaviyo a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently and cross-departmentally.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to grow and learn with the company.
