About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing and digital efforts in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth, enhances brand awareness, and improves customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading marketing and digital initiatives, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, customer-centricity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives, and for leading a team of marketing professionals to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives, and drives business growth, enhances brand awareness, and improves customer engagement.
  2. Lead Marketing Team: Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve our marketing goals, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  4. Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing initiatives, and analyze data to inform future marketing strategies.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
