Director of Channel Marketing & Advocacy

Your expertise will help us engage with our customers and partners through innovative marketing initiatives, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive partner and channel marketing strategy.
  • Design and deliver strategic content to support our partners.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to support partner engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of regular newsletters and updates to user communities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing and advocacy professionals.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive customer advocacy strategy.
  • Implement business objectives and metrics to support this area of focus and report on performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive (10+) experience in channel management, customer advocacy, community management, or a similar role within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
