Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AXE IT CONSULTING INC.. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user support and technical assistance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on their specific needs
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for the benefit of the technical support team
  • Deliver support for business systems, network, and Internet-related inquiries
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
