About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Rewind Software. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales and customer support professionals to ensure effective execution of revenue-generating strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, clean, and analyze revenue data to derive actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Technology and Tools: Manage and optimize our technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, Sweep, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack, and other critical tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data consistency and drive revenue growth.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Data, Finance, or Revenue/Sales Operations roles, inclusive of 2+ years leading a team or owning a Revenue/Sales Operations function.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools/techniques; Excel, SQL, BI tools, etc. Experience with Salesforce CRM and other Sales, Customer Support, and Partnership specific technologies.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Strong leadership and project management capabilities to lead initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to various stakeholders, including senior management.
