Senior Revenue Growth Manager

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Rewind Software. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive revenue growth.
- Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and maintain sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze customer support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, and revenue trends.
- Own the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics across the revenue teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and manage a small team of revenue operations professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive revenue growth and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, etc.).
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
