About Nakhon Thai

Nakhon Thai is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
    • Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and inventory.
    • Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies to drive profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
