Job Summary

Nakhon Thai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor and control expenses, including food, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
    • Develop and implement staff training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
