About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Vice-President to join our team at 12363721 Canada Inc. as part of our Financial and Business Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including directors and executive staff.
    • Formulate and approve policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the allocation of financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning.
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of the organization.
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions for senior staff.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior executive role.
    • Proven track record of success in financial and business management.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Working Conditions
    • Full-time position.
    • 42 hours per week.
    • English language required.
