- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Business Objectives: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth and profitability.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions to drive business success.
- Event Management: Manage events and activities that promote business growth and development, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback, driving continuous improvement and growth.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people, including contractors, and ensuring their effective utilization and engagement.
