About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to join our team at Tulnor Inc. dba NexGen IOT Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum impact.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our business strategy.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Event Management: Manage events and activities that promote our brand and drive business growth, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help team members achieve their full potential.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people, including contractors, and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
