About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Vice President to join our team at Efovinity Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation strategy and ensuring the effective use of technology to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business goals.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the effective management of resources and the achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
