About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Coloplast A/S. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales leads through the sales cycle, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Proactively contact customers to sell new products and services, and to provide technical support and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement Direct to Consumer (DTC) marketing plans, and to coordinate patient meetings and courses.
  • Provide timely and accurate delivery of products and services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
  • 2 years of sales experience, including account management, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure, with a strong ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French.
  • 2 or more years of background in inside sales or customer service.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in phone skills, with a professional attitude and clear, intelligible communication.
  • Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Medical Device/clinical experience preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: PC literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs highly preferred.
