As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Create and manage schedules for sales associates, manage store opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all store systems are functioning properly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and ensure that all merchandise is properly stored and secured.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
