Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons - Kemptville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members who prepare and portion food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure efficient inventory management.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Flexibility and a team player attitude.
Work Environment

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
