Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Operations: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare and submit reports, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
