At z-teca Mexican Eatery (Yonge & Eglinton), we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports. Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 32 hours per week
