Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Panago #78. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Ensure that our customers receive high-quality food and service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and train our restaurant staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and that they are working efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
- Accurate: Ability to accurately manage inventory, finances, and customer information.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
