Restaurant Operations Manager

At Panago #78, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we receive the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Workplace Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
- Permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
