- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high standards are met.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
- Train staff on new procedures and policies, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
- 1 to 2 people supervised.
- Permanent work term.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
