About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Diadem Construction Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
    • AutoCAD skills an asset.
