About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at Exalted Construction Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including costs, timelines, and quality metrics.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice and guidance to workers and management on construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and hire workers as needed, and arrange for training and development programs to ensure that workers have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and work with management to develop and manage project budgets.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Requisition and manage equipment and supplies as needed to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Setting: Construction, Maintenance, Residential
