Job Summary:

The Government of Northwest Territories is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the WARC Logistics and Facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistical, technical, financial, and administrative services to support the effective operation of the WARC research and logistics programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate logistical services to ensure the smooth operation of the WARC research and logistics programs.
  2. Provide administrative support to the Manager, WARC Logistics and Facilities and the WARC staff.
  3. Manage information dissemination regarding the availability of services, accommodations, and equipment at WARC.
  4. Develop and maintain databases and records to track program activities and services.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  6. Perform financial administration tasks, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to the public and facility users.
Requirements:
  1. Office administration diploma or equivalent.
  2. Three years experience in an administrative support role or equivalent work experience.
  3. Background experience in database management.
  4. Valid class five driver's licence.
What We Offer:

The salary for this position starts at $34.20 per hour (approximately $66,690.00 per annum) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $14,661.00.
