Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods and to maintain a fair and consistent work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is always stocked with the products our customers want.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that our store is a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff, including conducting regular security checks and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Transportation and Travel: Ensure that our store is easily accessible by public transportation and that our staff are able to travel safely and efficiently to and from work.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach to work.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a retail or food service environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and staff supervision.
