Director, Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective talent programs, including performance management, development planning, and succession management
  • Collaborate with our Talent Business Partners and other COEs to ensure seamless integration and effective communication of talent programs and processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors
  • Conduct analysis and provide data-driven insights to inform talent management decisions and drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and leading large-scale talent management initiatives in a global organization
  • Strong business acumen, project management, and change management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes
