We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager focused on the residential sector to enhance our operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering sales growth and profitability within the Residential New Construction and Retrofit Markets.
Division: ECCO Supply
Reporting Structure: Reports to: Regional Director of Sales Branch Operations, Indirectly Reports to: Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize annual sales and gross profit with HVAC contractors in the designated territory
- Formulate innovative business strategies to broaden product offerings in the area
- Engage with residential HVAC contractors through both virtual and face-to-face sales interactions
- Collaborate with management to develop sales initiatives and meet annual objectives
- Execute additional tasks as necessary
Given the evolving nature of the organization, responsibilities may change over time.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
- A degree or diploma is advantageous
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to establish relationships and trust with clients and colleagues
- Possession of a valid Driver's License
