Bureau Veritas is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our environmental laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee human resources functions for a team of around 50 personnel.
- Deliver expert HR guidance to a designated client group.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to management and staff.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and assist in the recruitment process.
- Engage in the integration of new hires into the organization.
- Participate in training initiatives and workshops.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Ensure accurate HRIS data management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance and retirement plans.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to various projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- University certification in human resources or industrial relations; CHRP designation is advantageous.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Bilingual proficiency is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and databases.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
- High motivation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
