We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Idea Immigration Solutions Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public.
- Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, and perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
