About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hangcha Forklift Canada. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person support.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to forklift equipment and software.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical support interactions and issues resolved.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs to clients and internal staff on forklift equipment and software.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
