Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director with a proven track record in the iGaming/Social Gaming industry and growth marketing. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing our marketing strategies while building out a high-performing in-house marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and increase user engagement across all channels.
* Build, lead, and mentor an in-house marketing team that excels in multiple marketing streams (digital, influencer, performance, and more).
* Oversee the allocation of a substantial marketing budget across various channels, ensuring maximum return on investment.
* Lead large-scale influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and player acquisition.
* Work closely with product, design, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Utilize data and analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns and performance.
* Continuously identify opportunities to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement within the social gaming and iGaming landscape.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in the iGaming industry.
* Proven track record in growth marketing with the ability to execute successful large-scale marketing campaigns.
* Experience with influencer marketing and managing significant influencer-led initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, particularly in a startup environment.
* Strong data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
* Hands-on approach and willingness to get deeply involved in the early stages of team-building and strategy execution.
* Familiarity with a wide range of marketing tools and platforms across digital marketing, SEO, SEM, CRM, and social media.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders.
