About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Canada Commercial Finance team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing finance support to various functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Canadian business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, consolidation, financial reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly reports with the Molson Coors Canadian Leadership team.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team to provide results and analytics for the Canadian Commercial Finance organization.
  • Prepare and review Brands and Regionals P&Ls with the Canadian Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis for the 3-year strategic plan.
  • Demonstrate the initiative to drive change and influence others in support of the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial information.
  • Review, evaluate, and prioritize tasks/project assignments and communicate key issues to management.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a CPA or equivalent designation or be in the process of attaining it.
  • At least 3+ years of financial analyst experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP).
  • Ability to autonomously deliver on stretch targets, utilizing strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to deal with change, strong and energetic leadership skills to effectively lead new initiatives across the organization, set direction, and drive for results.
  • Motivated leader that can inspire others; respect commitments and obtain optimal results from the team through respect and development.
