About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Pattar Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Supply Chain Management

Arrange for maintenance and repair work, as well as requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Team Management

Recruit, hire, and train staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Operational Planning

Establish work schedules and procedures, plan and organize operational logistics, and oversee the coordination of work assignments.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week is standard.
