Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with their luggage
  • Offer helpful information and support to guests with a positive demeanor
  • Maintain the safety and security of guests and their possessions
  • Provide exceptional service in a polite and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Preferred experience of at least 1 year in customer service
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills in English
