Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Person/Valet Attendant to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a Bell Person/Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are parked and retrieved safely, and providing information and assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests, offering assistance with luggage and parking their vehicles.
  • Be a source of information, responding to guests' inquiries about directions, local attractions, and hotel services.
  • Follow safety and security policies and procedures, ensuring the safe parking and retrieval of guests' vehicles.
  • Assist physically challenged travelers and other guests with special needs.
  • Deliver messages and room service orders, and run errands for guests as needed.
  • Explain the operation of room features and amenities to guests.
  • Maintain clean lobby and entrance areas, and transport guests about premises and local areas as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • 1 year of experience in a hotel or customer service field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for lengthy periods.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
