Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a skilled Cage Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Pickering Casino Resort.

This role requires a strong presence on the gaming floor, interacting with guests while delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with AGCO regulations and all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cage and main bank operations
  • Assist with hiring, training, evaluating, recognizing, and developing staff
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, including guests, ownership, team members, vendors, and regulators
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • One or more years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong mathematical aptitude, managerial skills, and familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Working knowledge of computer software and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the AGCO
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
