About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Architecture Panel Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including opening and distributing mail, and other materials.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support to our team.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
