Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and carrying out administrative activities.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
