Cedarglen Homes is seeking a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance our vibrant Sales Team and operate within our showhomes. This role will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and the VP of Sales & Marketing, providing a unique opportunity for mentorship and professional growth within the organization.

With over 40 years of experience in assisting Calgarians in constructing their ideal homes, Cedarglen Homes has garnered numerous accolades, including being recognized as Calgary's Builder of Choice for seven consecutive years. Our commitment to innovation and exceptional customer service is at the core of our mission, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout the homebuilding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome potential clients and homebuyers with a friendly demeanor, delivering outstanding customer service to those seeking further information.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism while working in the showhomes, ensuring that the sales center and all promotional materials are consistently well-presented.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with homebuyers as they navigate their homebuilding journey.
  • Contribute to achieving sales objectives and targets throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with the head office team to ensure customer files are managed promptly and accurately.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining customer records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Area Sales Manager or Sales and Marketing Manager.

Typical Showhome Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday from 2-8pm
  • Closed Fridays
  • Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays from 12-5pm
  • *Note: Attendance at Sales Meetings outside of showhome hours may be required occasionally.
