The Role

We're looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about the automotive industry. As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
Responsibilities

As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Hosting customer engagement sessions to build relationships and drive business growth
  • Promoting the adoption of our products and services
  • Orchestrating a sense of community amongst our customers
  • Creating conference and workshop content to educate customers on our products and services
  • Providing product expertise and support to customers
Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
