As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, promoting the adoption of our products, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Role

We're looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of our software to our customers. As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Hosting customer engagement sessions to promote our products and services
  • Orchestrating a sense of community amongst our customers
  • Creating conference and workshop content to educate customers on our software
  • Providing product expertise and support to our customers
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand customer challenges and showcase new features
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment
  • Experience with dealership management software (DMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Project management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Customer focus and excellent customer service skills
  • Solid computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
