About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AIM PUMPS & PROCUREMENT INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, including operating computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, working closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and working overtime as needed.
