Job Summary

MIRAB RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, controlling daily operations, and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of 3-4 employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze data to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, including fuel, food, and other convenience items.
  • Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements based on sales data and customer traffic.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls and managing employee benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
