Sales Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Service Cashier to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Sales Service Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
