Sales Representative

Caterpillar is seeking a Sales Representative to lead and manage dealers' relationships to market company products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying selling opportunities, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business models and develop effective sales plans.
- Design and implement sales forecasts, strategies, and techniques to support existing and new products.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Working knowledge of customer focus, industry knowledge, decision-making, and effective communication.
- Ability to negotiate successfully and establish healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Basic knowledge of business development tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of value selling principles and practices.
