About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Specialist to join our team at Global Excel Management Inc. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, efficacy, and impact of our customer-facing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop baseline KPIs to evaluate the impact of content on business objectives;
  • Prioritize content updates against business objectives and customer feedback;
  • Regularly update and refresh existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with strategic business objectives and industry best practices;
  • Transform technical content into engaging and audience-friendly content;
  • Establish evaluation protocols to quantify content efficacy and impact;
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure translated content is accurate and relevant for the audience against business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience;
  • Five years of experience in a Content or Knowledge Base maintenance role;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects requiring internal validation and feedback;
  • Experience overseeing translations is a strong asset;
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and French (written and verbal); other languages such as Spanish are an asset;
  • Attention to detail; exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
