• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that content is aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Transform complex technical information into easily understandable language for diverse audiences.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content management or knowledge base roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
